  • CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY

    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment from one of our camp programs, please review our policy below:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the camp start date to receive a refund.

    • All refunds will be subject to a 7% processing fee, which covers transaction and administrative costs.

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date will not be eligible for a refund.

    We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain a high-quality camp experience for all participants.
