Step back in time and savor history at the Victory Garden Cook-Off, a special evening at the Aerospace Museum of California honoring the ingenuity, sacrifice, and resilience of the American home front during World War II.
Proceeds from this event will go towards enhancing the Tuskegee Airmen exhibit, to better preserve historic artifacts such as the leather flight jacket worn by George “Spanky” Roberts.
How to Participate:
Attend the Event: $45 per person
Submit a recipe: $25 donation for ingredients
Our team will be preparing these wartime recipes to serve during the event on Saturday February 28, 2026.
